How to enable the SmallWorld Influenced field in SFDC.

Step 1. Access the SmallWorld Admin page by searching for it in the main Salesforce Search.
Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enable the "Opportunity Sync" by sliding the field on the right side of the screen.
Step 4. Click on the "Field & Relationships" link on the left side of the page, and scroll down to the "SmallWorld Influenced" field.
Step 5. Once you've accessed the "SmallWorld Influenced" field, click the "Set Field Level Security" button.
Step 6. Make the field accessible to all of the required user types in your system.
Step 8. Finally, on the "Page Layout" page for the Opportunity object, you'll want to drag the "SmallWorld Influenced" field into the Details section of the form.
The field should now be available to all users on the opportunity page and that data will sync to SmallWorld for better reporting.
