How does SmallWorld work?

Salespeople (called Requesters) simply submit the name and company of a target prospect into the SmallWorld platform to instantly see which people (called Connectors) within the internal network of their company have a direct or indirect relationship to that target prospect. From there, SmallWorld helps the Requester determine the best Connector for the introduction and the tools to more easily make the “Introduction Request” to engage the target prospect. As part of an Introduction Request, the chosen Connector is given specific reasons and proper context from the Requester for the request and the tools to more easily make the warm introduction. The SmallWorld analytics dashboard allows teams to easily track and measure the impact of these warm introductions on top of funnel production, conversion rates, and win / loss ratios where the power of relationships is being utilized to win more business.
