What if I need more information about the details of the Introduction Request from the salesperson?

If you have additional questions about the Introduction Request, you can use the message feature within any introduction to communicate directly to the Requester

Head to Introductions from the main menu, then click "View Details" next to the appropriate introduction. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

When you send a message, Requesters are notified immediately via email and when they reply back, you'll be sent a notification email as well.
