Do I have to add my connections to SmallWorld to participate as a Connector?

No. Although we encourage all registered Connectors to add their networks to get the most value from the tool, you can still participate as a Connector without adding connections by actively picking up Bulletin Board posts or submitting Offers to Help through the platform.
